What is the HR Executive Group?

A group of HR Executives with strategic responsibility from a wide variety of industries. They are dedicated to building employee commitment and developing a culture that maximizes the employment experience and bottom line results of their organizations.

Who Are Executive Group Members?

Members are senior level HR Executives from companies including Caterpillar, Marriott, West Virginia University Hospital, Con-way Transportation, Wal-Mart, Toyota, Sea World, Christiana Health Care, Darden Resturants, Publix Supermarkets, Ocean Spray, Yahoo! and many others.

How was the Executive Group Started?

Al Lucia, President and founder of ADL Associates, Inc., in working with HR executives from around the country, often heard about their interest in a networking opportunity with their peers that was more intimate than those offered by the larger associations such as SHRM and ASTD. Researching further, he learned his clients' vision included an annual event with limited attendance, thereby allowing for in-depth exchange of information and building of trusting relationships. In addition to an annual conference, members exchange information through a dedicated E-Mail discussion group (the Q&A Service). The HR Executive Group, Forum and Q&A Service are sponsored by ADL Associates.

What is the HR Executive Forum Annual Conference?

A "by invitation" meeting where attendees exchange best practices and obtain in-depth answers to questions within an intimate group of HR Executives. Past conference topics have included: Attracting and Retaining Employees, Measurement of HR Results, Recognition and Building Employee Commitment. Conference attendance is limited to no more than 25 executives. Members pay a minimum fee to attend this two-day event. The HR Executive Forum annual meetings have been a great success.

What is the HR Executive Group Advisory Board?

The Advisory Board was formed by ADL Associates to provide member feedback concerning ideas and ways for the Forum to provide an excellent networking opportunity for its members.
