How was the Forum Started?
Al Lucia, President and founder of ADL Associates,
in working with HR executives from around the country
heard often about their interest in a networking opportunity
with their peers that was more intimate than those
offered by the larger associations such as SHRM and
ASTD. Researching further, he learned his clients’
vision included an annual event with limited attendance;
thereby allowing for in-depth exchange of information
and building of trusting relationships. In addition
to an Annual Conference, Forum members exchange information
through a dedicated E-Mail discussion list. The Forum,
Annual Conference and E-Mail discussion list are sponsored
by ADL Associates.

What is the HR
Forum Annual Conference?
A conference where HR Executive Forum attendees
exchange best practices and obtain in-depth answers
to questions within an intimate group of HR Executives.
Past conference topics have included: Attracting and
Retaining Employees; Measurement of HR Results; Recognition;
and Building Employee Commitment. Conference attendance
is limited to no more than 25 executives. Members
pay a minimum fee to attend this two-day event. The
ADL Associates Annual Conferences have been a great
success.

Forum Advisory Board?
The Advisory Board was formed by ADL Associates to
provide member feedback concerning ideas and ways
for the Forum to provide an excellent networking opportunity
